Art of Brass Pole Dancing Competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. This is an entry level competition - competitors can not have placed consistently in, or won, any amateur level competition. Examples include: MPD Mx, Pole Expressions, QPC Amateur and all other Australia-wide regulated competitions.
Style:
- Trickery - This category is for the tricksters! The polers out there who want to spin, flip, fly and swing on the pole with less dance and perfromance focus.
- Beinner/Intermediate - 6 months to 1 year pole experience; 3 points of contact on the pole at all times
- Advanced - No trick restrictions
- Heels Diva - This category is for the heels and low flow divas who want to showcase dance, creativity, basework and heel tech.
- Points will be awarded for style, originality, creativity and self expression.
- Show Stopper - This category is for the performers, the propsters and the storytellers.
- This category includes a strong focus on telling a somplete story - with a beginning, middle and end - through musicality, costume, props and fierce expressionism
